Refund policy

1. Right to Cancel (EU 14-Day Rule)

If you are an EU customer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your item — without giving any reason.

To initiate a return under this right, contact us at bittrixshop@gmail.com within the 14-day period. You must then return the item in unused, original condition within 14 more days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect).


2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product was damaged during shipping

  • The product is defective or does not work

  • The item does not match what was ordered

  • The return is made within 14 days under the EU right of withdrawal

Returned items must be:

  • In original packaging

  • In unused, sellable condition

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

⚠️ Important: For hygienic reasons, opened headphones, earbuds, or similar personal audio devices may not be eligible for return unless faulty.


3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at bittrixshop@gmail.com with your order number, reason, and (if applicable) photos of the issue.

  2. We will review and provide return instructions and the return address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll confirm whether a refund, exchange, or store credit applies.


4. Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card provider.


5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery (unless defective)

  • Opened or used products that are not faulty

  • Gift cards or digital downloads (if applicable)
