Thank you for visiting and shopping at Bittrix. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. You will be notified via email if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

We ship worldwide! Delivery times vary depending on your location
All delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the order date. Delays may occur due to courier availability, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking numbers become active within 24–48 hours.
4. Shipping Providers
We partner with reliable suppliers and couriers. Depending on product availability and warehouse location, your order may be shipped from a central European warehouse or from a China warehouse.
5. Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we do not offer delivery to parcel lockers - please use a valid home or office address. Locker delivery support is planned for future updates
7. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate at checkout. Bittrix is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs may apply.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at bittrixshop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will assist you in resolving the issue with the supplier or shipping carrier.
